Privacy

A narrow public-site data footprint.

This notice describes the public Meralume site, the business fit-check form, qualification status, scheduling, and public email channel.

Last updated July 23, 2026

Information you choose to submit

The fit check asks for business and website information, U.S. location, customer-journey lane, staff and location counts, current operating tools, the main operational problem, package or budget range, timeline, contact name, and business email.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, customer records, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.

How the application flow works

The public site creates a random application identifier and passes it to the external form. Tally processes the form submission. A separate private agency system may receive the signed form event, retain the business application, and return only a qualification status for that identifier.

Qualified applicants may open an embedded or linked Cal.com calendar. Tally and Cal.com apply their own privacy notices to information submitted through their services.

Routine technical and analytics information

Hosting and security providers may process routine request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and diagnostic logs. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate site usage measurement without placing advertising cookies through this site.

Retention

When intake and outreach systems are activated, spam and test submissions will be scheduled for deletion when identified. Unqualified leads will be scheduled for review after 90 days, qualified non-client leads after 12 months without activity, and contacted-prospect records after 12 months. Minimal suppression evidence may be retained to avoid unwanted future contact.

Client contract and invoice metadata is intended to be retained for up to seven years, subject to professional accounting or legal guidance. Client working assets will be scheduled for return or deletion within 90 days after offboarding unless another written obligation applies. These are operating targets, not a claim that automated deletion is currently active.

Client websites are separate

Client-owned websites and operating systems have their own providers, configurations, data responsibilities, and notices. This notice applies to Meralume.'s public agency channels, not to a client's customers or production systems.

Representative designs

Design directions built in-house. Company names shown are examples.

Portfolio imagery demonstrates possible design directions. It does not identify paid engagements or contain client customer data.

Questions and requests

Questions about this notice or information submitted through the agency channels can be sent to hello@meralume.com. Do not include sensitive data in the email.
