Where the default values come from
Most fields use your own numbers. The few default values are based on publicly available research and can be changed at any time.
- No-show rate, 15%. Suk MY, Kim B, Lee SG, You CH, Kim TH, “Evaluation of Patient No-Shows in a Tertiary Hospital,” International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, 2021. It reports rates from 5% to 25%, so we start on 15%, the middle. It covers hospital appointments; we found no study of local businesses.
